Three connected bodies of work — branded video campaigns, AI-enhanced packaging art, and a full photo-to-toyline branding concept — all using AI image and video tools as an accelerant for concept development, not a replacement for creative direction.

Ideated, scripted, and produced animated social campaigns for Beauty by JingMei-ko — combining AI-generated character and prop layers, compositing in Photoshop and Illustrator, and final edit in Premiere Pro and After Effects. Shown here is the actual layer breakdown behind the finished “Aliens & Beauty” scene: the raw background plate, an isolated lowered-arm element, the original composite of the salon owner, and the AI-generated alien character, all composited together into the final animated scene. Deployed across Instagram with strong organic engagement, driving awareness for both the salon and this production capability.

The salon owner behind Beauty by JingMei-ko is genuinely charismatic and builds her brand directly out of her own lifestyle — from holographic sticker branding to a consistent illustrated visual identity. This project reimagines that real identity in a toy-and-anime universe: photo-to-toyline character design, 2D Ghibli-inspired illustration, and a narrative video concept, all reinforcing one core identity across 2D, 3D, and video.
The narrative video concept, “Would They Collect Me?,” brought the plush stuffed animals the salon owner has become known for to life. It was highly praised for its soft, innocent, and relatable tone.

Supporting brand illustration developed alongside the toyline concept, extending the same visual identity across marketing collateral.

The Candi Factory was a minor client brand that needed fast, print-ready packaging art for their 1lb bag product line. This work showcases AI image generation used under strict brand specs and prompt controls, combined with traditional design for title treatments and all required verbiage standards — the same structural packaging discipline shown in Packaging Production, accelerated with AI-assisted concept iteration rather than replaced by it.
A representative set of the AI-generated concept art produced for this brand — each flavor built to its own prompt and brand-spec constraints before being finished for print.

The full flavor lineup laid out as finished, print-ready 1lb bag artwork.

The AI-generated art didn’t go straight to print — each piece was brought into Illustrator to receive its title treatment and be finished as a scalable, print-ready file, shown here on the actual production screen.
